  • Produced, directed and edited high-profile videos (for example, narratives, sales films and interviews) for internal and external audiences, consistently meeting project goals and deadlines.

  • Led tactical planning and managed production logistics such as crew bookings, talent scheduling and client communications.

  • Collaborated closely with the Creative Director and firm leadership, including the Global Chairman,  to ensure alignment with brand identity and messaging. Supervised onshore and offshore global resources to deliver compelling and innovative videos yet staying within brand identity standards.

  • Created and managed a comprehensive B-roll library, greatly reducing production costs while enhancing overall production value for the entire video team.
